Scout has end date for den chief and has disappeared from my pack’s scout book. Scout also has this error in scoutbook
@BrookCook Did this Scout renew? It looks like the Scout is expired / lapsed and in the grace period.
yes! along with most of the rest of the unit in December. The others have no issue.
You can try this:
In Scoutbook (legacy):
- Go to each [Scout]'s Membership page.
- Click on the Scout’s current membership with their patrol.
- Make sure the box is checked next to “Position Approved”.
- Click “Update” to save.

this scout seems to have reset with the overnight sync. none of the other december renewal scouts in the unit are experiencing this issue. Saving the membership seems to fix it, but only temporarily, the next day the scout’s membership was ended. Is there any fix for this, or is this something that will update as soon as our council processes renewals?
