Scouter can't access training

Hi SUAC,

I have a scouter, MID 140217958, who can log into My.Scouting.org, but can’t get his My Training button to work. He previously had two MIDs which may have been managed last year, however, he hadn’t logged in since to do anything until about last week.

Are his accounts managed and does everything look normal? He is going to contact me if things don’t work when he tries again this week.

Thank you for looking into this. I expect this is a “watch him log in” problem, but I am hoping to rule out “invisible to volunteers” issues before talking to him again.

He has 2 Scouting America Member IDs (MID) and 2 my.scouting.org IDs. His my.scouting.org IDs are his FirstInitial MiddleInitial LastName (no spaces) and Google Login. He logged in to the FirstInitial account which is not attached to his registered MID.

We need to retire one of the my.scouting.org IDs and attach the registered MID as primary and other MID as secondary. Let me know which ID he wants to keep.

The accounts are fixed. He should log out of all Scouting America systems and log in with his FirstInitialMiddleInitialLastName.
