I have a scout who made a my.scouting account without using their current BSA ID despite the instruction. I had them try and add it under member ID but it says “Provided ID doesn’t match user profile” is this something you can help with by chance?

@JamieHaller and future users finding this post. If a scout does this it does not effect anything. It is a teaching moment. They can keep and not use the new log in, and restart a new one using the directions in this pdf. This user is fixed BUT they used different DOB - council should check DOB and push it through all the systems.
