@DougWright have the Scouters tried using my.scouting.org > Manage Member ID? That merges training to the Primary MID as long as the data (Name/DOB/etc) Match - they would want the registered one primary
As I have no way to check that the data matches before talking to them, I default to SUAC to check. If you are saying the data does match, I will contact them to walk them through the process.
I am keeping tabs on YPT/SYT for my council. I text folks when they are expired to confirm that they are expired, then do ~weekly texts to remind them to do training. When folks say they are not actually expired, I try to resolve the issue - partial training, wrong modules, or multiple MID’s. So these are not folks I know personally at my unit and can watch them as they do things. Instead, it’s text and voice conversations to fix whatever the issue is.
@DougWright well there are a few issues with that assumption on SUAC - Council is the first place for that type of info, if it crosses councils we can help. Second, when it comes to usernames and logins (like manage member ID) - the user has to be involved so the correct log in is saved.
The first set they can fix themself. The second set cannot be fixed by user, so they need to communicate with either Council or forums to get to the best solution.
