Scouter not able to RSVP to troop events

Hello,

I’m a scouter (ASM) who is having a problem with RSVPing via Scoutbook, and I don’t know where the issue is located so that it can be fixed.

  • I am current (and marked as such in Scoutbook)
  • I am up to date wrt SYT & other required training
  • I am on the roster list
  • For Committee events, I am able to RSVP but my name on the list is followed by *expired
  • For Troop events, I am not on the invitees list (and thus cannot RSVP) even when the event is set to everyone (scouts, leaders, & parents)

I think something is marked as expired and is causing the problem, but I don’t know what it is and thus who to talk to in order to get it straightened out. Any help in getting that cleared up would be great, thanks!

@ElizabethOeffinger looks like your Scoutbook positions where messed up - I setup a 24 hour sync to see if it resolves it.
