I am trying to add and set up a parent connection with 2 of my Weblos. I put in all their information, and the scouts are in the system, but when I press ‘connect’ the app says it’s not able to. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
I think that the parent relationship has to exist in the back-end system in order for the link-up to be made in the app (although I could easily be wrong about that). Do you have an account at my.scouting? If you login there, do you see the scouts associated with your account?
I can find mine when I look under
my.scouting → left side drop-down menu → My Applications
It lists my registered positions as well as my son’s.
