On the Scoutbook website our updated charter organization is correct but in the Scouting app it still shows as our last charter organization. Everything else updates as we go, the scouts, advancements, calendars, but we cannot figure out how to get the charter to update.
Not being snarky, but have you tried logging out and logging in again? Just a try.
