Parents were trying to give SB access to a Scout and it looks like the he created a new MyScouting account. He says he mispelled his username (he added an extra “i”) and is asking if that can be reset to match the gmail address spelling in his profile.

The credentials that we want to keep are BSA ID 131262144, Scoutbook user ID 1777751.

The new credentails (which appear to be linked to a neighboring Council) that we hope to merge/eliminate are BSA ID 14241775, SBID 12439907.

@NancyHodgkiss we cannot change user names - your council might be able to. I will fix the accounts
