Scoutmaster does not have the QuickEntry item 'Start Merit Badges' available

I’m working with a few scouts in another troop, and I’ve asked the Scoutmaster to make the connection to me as the MBC. However, when he opens ‘Quick Entry’ the menu item for ‘Start Merit Badges’ is not available.

Can someone offer a clue as to how to fix this issue.

In his profile, he has Troop Admin enabled (with the keychain).

Start MB quick entry is a function of the Scoutbook Feature Extension for Chrome or Firefox.

I believe that’s in the Feature Assistant Extension only.
