My scouts account is somehow tied to my leader account and we are having trouble completing training because both accounts use the same email address. I need them separated so my scout can have her own account
@RandiCauser well the Scouts log in is click on google to log in - your log in is a username Mnr(lastname) - are those the ones you are using?
With how it is currently set up we both have to use my login info to access both accounts. I need it fixed so she has her own login info

There is no phone or one-on-one tech support, unless your council offers it directly. The SUAC volunteers (like @DonovanMcNeil and others) can usually help resolve most stuff pretty quickly. The private message channel allows y’all to share info (like login data, PII, etc) that you don’t want wandering around out here in public view.
