Multiple Scout book accounts

I have seen a couple posts about this in the forums. We have several members with multiple scout book accounts and 1 where we are unable to update his email. It gives us an error message. I have contacted our council and they keep telling me they only show them in their system once but they use Scout Net, so there is no resolving there. Can someone share some insight on how to fix this potentially?

adults or Youth? If adults have them go to my.scouting.org and first use Manage Member ID - they might need to talk to council to help find Extra BSA #'s

The issues are with Adult leader accounts. The extra accounts don’t have BSA #'s associated with the them.
