I have two scoutbook numbers which is messing up my account. I need scoutbook # 8571068 removed as it is messing up my activity log.

I have a parent with possibly the same situation. She logs in SB but sees no advancement. On my end, it shows she hasn’t logged in the last 8 months. Please delete SB user ID 13196122 and keep SB User ID 11971474 OR merge the two. Thank you.

Similar situation. My husband is an Eagle Scout with id 110280939. He became cubmaster of our pack and they gave him a new id140210306. For that new ID they entered an incorrect email address so he is unable to log in and accept access to Scoutbook as he doesn’t receive the emails. Therefore he hasn’t set up user ID/pw for it. He also can’t seem to merge the accounts to take care of it that way.
Would really like to get this squared away before our first pack meeting of the year.
