Scouts BSA History Report - Eagle Palms - missing reqt completion dates

A Scout with 3 completed Eagle Palms. History report for Palm 1 is complete and correct.

For Palms 2 and 3, the merit badge lists are correct, however the requirement (1-6) completion dates are blank for both. In Scoutbook, all of these Eagle Palm requirements have assigned completion dates.

Also, the sequence of Eagle Palms in the History Report is incorrect:
-Eagle Palm Pin #1 (Bronze)
-Eagle Palm Pin #3 (Silver)
-Eagle Palm Pin #2 (Gold)
-Eagle Palm Pin #4 (Bronze)
