I have deleted a patrol, trying to fix the problem of Duplicates - 137104639 & 137249611 being shown both in and out of a patrol. Even though I have deleted the patrol, the patrol is still showing up in Scoutbook with just those (2) Scouts listed in the patrol and again without a patrol.
@ShellySaeger this is often an issue with units trying to use both Legacy and SB+ - and Patrols get unapproved in Legacy so it gets messed up. Unfortunately there is no way to Approve an unapproved sub-unit in Legacy anymore.
There is a fix in the works, watch the change log. This does not effect scouts - it just makes the unit messy for a while
