Scout's Merit Badges filtering request

In Legacy, the scout’s MB page by default only showed what had been started, beautifully sorted by: Started (no progress), Started (% progress), then completions at the bottom by chronology. It is AWESOME for a one-page look.
SB+, you have to select from each dropdown to see the whole picture. It really stinks.

1. Can Started be improved to rank / sort like SB? Alphabetical is super hard if the scout has Started a ton of them.

2. Can there be a dropdown for everything except Not Started? That would replicate the one-page look.
   

   
   
   
   

3. Pls remind me what the yellow vs blue check mark. means in SB? Both show as Approved/Completed in SB+.

I just stumbled across this request on visuals on Eagle MB progress, which may or may not be related to my UI request here.

And I note that the orange / blue color change on Eagle MB has been updated - thank you!
