Scout's my.scouting and Scoutbook BSA IDs are different

We have a scout that is trying to access Scoutbook and my.scouting with the user name he originally set-up. When he does this a completely different BSA ID populates in my.scouting than what I see in our official roster in my.scouting and in Scoutbook. I’m afraid to have the scout try to merge the BSA IDs not knowing where this mystery ID came from.

The BSA ID I see in both my.scouting and Scoutbook is 14107945.
The BSA ID he sees when he tries to log in is 14174546.

Any ideas as to what could be causing this discrepancy?

This happened because the date of birth on each account does not match. I’ll send you a private message so we can fix it. Look for a green circle with white number on top of the purple circle with white A in the upper right of your forum window.
