One of our scouts has managed to get two BSA IDs. One shows in Scoutbook and has all his advancement (130139305). The other is what shows up when he logs into my.scouting (140232880). How can we get his my.scouting login connected to his actual advancement info and connections?
@StormyBultas When the Scout created the account at my.scouting, there was a slight difference in the date of birth, so the code was not able to find a match, and that is how a new BSA member number was created.
I have fixed things, but I highly recommend that that the Scout and parents double check the Scout’s date of birth. If it is not correct, your local council can correct it with their Registrar Tools.
