Member ID Doesn’t Match


This forum has been really helpful as we switch over to Scoutbook. I have another issue that needs to be resolved.

I have a den leader who had a different email in the past, but changed it a while ago. Her BSA Member ID on her screen is different than what I see on the roster.

Can someone help?

Her screen says 12876114
Our organization roster says 140248889
The email is g******#####

The 2nd MID you provided if for her son.

I found her 2 MIDs, 2 Scoutbook accounts and 2 IDs. This was caused by her registering in your Council without her middle name so the system did not find her existing accounts.

She needs to log in with the ID that is not her e-mail address.
