Scouts not listed in app

I am trying to view my 3 scouts info in the app. When I was in it last, they were there. Now they are not listed. I followed the fix in another thread and went into scoutbook and updated, refreshed app, and still not showing up in app.

I have attached screen captures of what I see.

@JohnSeever guessing - their charters have not posted and we have seen side effects of this in other places - I will pass this along
