Scouts only appearing in some reports, but not all

I’m using the Scoutbook Report Builder Manager to prepare reports of which scouts have completed rank advancements. I create a new report for each rank. For example, I have a report named Scout Rank, and it is set to list all scouts who have not yet completed Scout rank and shows which requirements have been marked complete. I do the same for Tenderfoot, 2nd Class, and 1st Class, and a final report for all four ranks combined on a single report.

I have two scouts who appear on some reports, but not others. They are both relatively new crossovers, and neither scout has any requirements marked in Scoutbook as completed yet. When I run the report for Tenderfoot, I have two scouts that don’t appear on that report, and one of them doesn’t appear on the 1st Class report. However, both of these scouts appear without issue on the Scout report, 2nd Class, and the combined Scout-1st Class reports.

I’ve tried deleting the Tenderfoot report and remaking it. I’ve tried running the Tenderfoot report with ONLY those two scouts checked to include on the report, and it returns an empty report.

The two scout member ID’s are 14529539 and 141126319

@ReubenCollins do you have the reports set to auto add new scouts? Are you sure the reports you made have the scouts listed to report on?

Yes. I’ve triple checked that the scouts are checked. I’ve unchecked all and rechecked all to see if that resets something. And as I said in the OP, I unchecked all scouts except the two that are giving me issues just to see what happens (empty report)

@ReubenCollins as it is your custom report - first thing I would say is to just make a new one that is causing you issues to see if it is resolved. On static reports for the system it is much easier for us, compared to Custom user defined ones.

TC might not show as there are NO requirements entered at all - is there a show empty requirements checkbox?

The other one just has 1 2C req is all

I do have the show empty requirements box checked.

Update: I can’t explain why, but one of the two scouts I listed above is now showing in the reports, despite me not changing anything related to the scout or the report. One scout remains missing.

I tried recreating the Tenderfoot report and get the same results - this one scout (141126319) still not showing.

Post a screenshot of the rightside of the settings (so it does not show scouts). Also on the TF one - you can post the REF# at the bottom, that might help
