I ran a report the other day without checking “Include Empty Requirements” and got a list that skipped over anything that didn’t have any boxes checked. That’s really useful at the cub level if you’re trying to figure out what you need to catch up individual scouts on without seeing all the things that you haven’t done at all yet.
But at the troop level, I would love to be able to see the reverse - just the requirements that have empty check boxes somewhere in the row. Is there any way to do that?
it is best to do with everything so it is organized - if you just do empties it will be scattered and un-organized as there is no organization for it
Is there any way to run a report for individual scouts that shows what they still need for their next rank?
Or to look at a specific requirement and see who needs just that without having to run the report for the entire rank?
Well we get into Scouting philosophies to some degree - as an SM that was not my problem - the scouts should be on top of it. But using Report Builder you can create nearly any report you want - but it only breaks down for Reqs for X (X=American Business MB, or Life Rank). You cannot make a report for who has not completed Star Rank #4.
