Sea Scout requirements cannot be entered if the previous rank is not completed

I can’t enter requirements for Ordinary for scouts who have not completed Apprentice. I can’t enter requirements for Able for scouts who have not completed Ordinary. I can’t enter requirements for Quartermaster for scouts who have not completed Able. These are all bugs.

@BrianJacobs1 I see this functioning - I just tried a QM req for an Apprentice

Sorry, I was specifically having the issue with quick entry. So, yes, I can enter ordinary requirements individually for scouts who have not completed Apprentice, but I can’t enter it for six at a time, unless all six HAVE earned apprentice.

They’re unselectable. They’re in a section labeled “Not Eligible.”
