I have troubles to mark the complete requirements, approve and award Star rank for one scout. The requirement is completely disappeared for this particular scout, not other scouts. What can I do to make it appeared again.

You have the Scout set for Star version 2016. As of January 1, 2023 all Scouts must be on the 2022 version of rank.
I see some 2016 requirements complete and have no idea why they are not showing.
I recommend changing the Scout to 2022 and if the reqs are not marked complete, add them based on this record.

Sorry to bother you again. Now I have different problems. I still cannot approve it. It said there is error of merit badge completion. He has completed all 6 merit badges - 4 Eagles (First Aid, Camping, Family Life and Communication) and 2 (Metalwork and Digital Technology). What does seems a problem here?

I have a similar issue with one of my scouts (12806724). His Star Scout Requirements won’t load, and I cannot change away from the default (and only) 2016 version. I tried using legacy scoutbook and was able to add the 9/9/2025 date entry, but the Approval wouldn’t latch. His history report shows the 9/9/2025 added dates from Legacy entry, but not a final approval. I get the “oops error” when I try to just add the day on Scoutbook Plus.
He appears to be the only scout in unit with this “no requirements” issue for Star, albeit all the others I looked at default to the 2016 version with no option to something newer.

here is a what if try - what happens if you add a comment > Save > refresh - does that trigger it to show
just logged back in to scoutbook plus and the “comment, save, refresh” triggered it to show! It all shows entered and Approved now (reflecting the entries I made on Legacy). Thanks!
It works now with the fix. He is awarded Star now. Thank you.
