I can’t send balances with or without BCC. It won’t send no matter what I try. Hopefully someone can tell us what is up.

@ConstanceGonsalves - is that via the feature assistant if so the pay logs were moved to plus and as such you should not be in legacy scoutbook at all
How do you send a balance do in plus? there is no tab. And yes it won’t work in legacy with the extension either.

I just went to legacy to see if I could still send from there. We have all moved onto plus

@ConstanceGonsalves - so the ideal situation is that the adults (leaders and parents) log into advancements.scouting.org to see their balance. The only other thing is that on each scout and adult page under the server/camping/hiking tile is a run report which will provide a report for that individual which can be generated as a pdf
The developers have been asked to add this functionality. We do not know when or if it will be implemented.
