We previously were able to upload a CSV for service hours, camping, hiking, etc. I can’t seem to find that option and emailed it as I had done previously with no response. How can we upload service hours without entering each event individually?
From your unit roster page, click roster import.
I previously found information that this was how to do it. I tried that about a month ago and the information has never been updated. So I assumed that this was incorrect information that I found. How long does it take to update?
Did you receive a ticket number or automated response when you submitted it? If so, reply to that and explain that it was never completed.
