I try to enter service hours for the troop, and after setting up an event I cannot add participants. There is a message, “Sub-unit leaders (i.e. den leader, assistant scoutmaster assigned to a den/patrol) must be assigned to add activity logs to those in their assigned sub-unit.” This was a whole troop event, so how can I as the committee member in charge of service hours enter participants? It sounds like a security issue, but I have been approved as a key member previously.
I’m running into the same issue with adding camping nights. Any luck getting an answer?
@ReginaSegnari You would need to have the committee secretary, outdoor activities coordinator, or troop admin role added in scoutbook or be made a key 3 delegate in my.scouting.
