I’m advancing all my Dens and it’s all good but I was just curious if I should Disapprove the AoL Den? That’s seems the most logical choice but I just wanted to verify first.

If the den is no longer in use because all of the Scouts have moved on you can safely disapprove it. Make sure there are no leaders with open positions in the den, no Scouts assigned as Denners, Assistant Denners or Den Chiefs then disapprove the den. It will be removed from your list the next time you log in.
