Says I don’t have permissions. I could perviously do this (a couple of weeks ago) It’s a pretty pointless endeavor to search for counselors if you can’t contact them. Is this a Scoutbook thing or a me thing? Any ideas on how to get this corrected? Thank you. L

I’m confused about why you can’t see the contact details on desktop. I tend to agree that should be working with those permissions. Have you tried forcing a refresh or clearing cache?

Understood. But as I said in the other thread, the back end programming in SB+ should be smart enough to know what position I’m acting under (and apply the highest level of permissions one has access to). The impetus shouldn’t be on the user to change what role they are acting under. All roles in Sb…

Hi Charlie, I’ve tried on 2 different computers and my mobile. All the same. And going and checking it doesn’t work for any of my positions. Parent, Scoutmaster, MB counselor or Venturing crew. I tried them all. ETA: I can still access the info in SB legacy, so that’s a workaround for now.

@LonnieShull what exactly do you mean cannot see contact detail? Is the little box not there for you to click?

This is what I’m seeing. You cannot see the required information to contact the MB Counselor. If you click “Actions” on the right to try and assign them, it say I don’t have the permission to bulk add counselors. [image]
