This may be a bug or my inexperience with Scoutbook Plus(SBP). When looking up MB Counselors on SBP while on a tablet or phone, we are not able to see their contact information, when doing the same on the computer, we are able to see the contact card icon to see the info. Is there a different area in the mobile/tablet version where to get the contact info?

I’m also no longer able to see contact information for MB counselors. Their name and city shows, but clicking on the Contact icon gives me an error. Scoutbook Legacy no longer lists MBCs. My permissions didn’t change, so it must be a Scoutbook+ issue.
@JohannaPalmer - is this on mobile if so it is known and reported
it’s on desktop. Assign (under Actions dropdown) gives me same error as clicking on Contact icon (circled red).

@JohannaPalmer - would you also happen to be a parent? The dropdown in the upper right is your committee role? Also, what do your permission list show ?
Yes, I’m a parent too, which is irrelevant, I think. I did not have any issues seeing MBC contacts until this week. See screenshot of permissions. Entering/approving advancement and awards and running reports work like a charm, only issue is seeing MBC contacts.
@JohannaPalmer - thank you. An incognito session is no different?
It can be very relevant as you may have more than one position (parent and say SM) and may have to select the correct one to see the system options available to that position.

@Matt.Johnson Thank you for your kind explanation. I do have four different positions and the correct one is selected, but for some reason I still can’t see MBC contacts. I was able to see them up until about a week ago, and my permissions and login method didn’t change.
@JohannaPalmer - the permissions have not been worked on except to move the apply button. Perhaps post your member ID number and the SUAC can take a look.

It shouldn’t be an issue/relevant. The back end programming in SB+ should be smart enough to know what position I’m acting under. The impetus shouldn’t be on the user to change what role they are acting under. All roles in Sb+ should be consolidated for the best user experience.
And going and checking it doesn’t work for any of my positions. Parent, Scoutmaster, MB counselor or Venturing crew. I tried them all.
I have the same issue - I’m the Adv. Chair and cannot see MBC contact info. I thought maybe it’s an add’l box one of my Key 3 needs to check, but they didn’t see anything that applied. Please help?
