We need a way to track siblings in scoutbook/IA. I routinely leverage the health form date fields for tracking health forms in combination with RSVP reports to make sure we have all forms on file for participants. However, since siblings are not separate records in our system it’s an incomplete and tedious process. My RSVP numbers are never complete/accurate and I don’t have an easy way to cross reference medical forms.
I assume the add external guests in the new IA calendar was supposed to somewhat fill this need. However, siblings rarely have their own email address which the add external guest screen requires. It also doesn’t preserve the individual in our system to allow for tracking of health forms and must be added for each mush be readded to every single event.
