Signed and approved MB requirements have disappeared from Scout's Scoutbook record

MBC went to Scout’s roster profile to approve new MB requirement. ALL previously approved requirements had disappeared. This Scout is moving overseas this summer and needs his Scoutbook record to show all completed requirements. How can we fix this? Judith Smith - CC

@JudithSmith1 so what Reqs do you think are missing - things do not just disappear usually. Did someone change the Version of the Merit badge?

@JudithSmith1 In Scoutbook (legacy), switch the Citizenship in the Community MB from version year 2025 to 2016. Version year 2016 has more requirements marked off.

I will do that. I hadn’t noticed the date change. 33% of the requirements were signed off last week.

Yes, that is apparently what happened. I didn’t see your email until now, but Jennifer Olinger told me to change the version year from 2025 back to 2016. When I did, all the missing requirements reappeared.
