Solid Support for Scouting Systems

I think tech support for BSA systems has improved. Their websites now have contact links (a big improvement over going through someone at council). My recent problem tickets for My.Scouting.org, BeAScout.org and Scoutbook have all been addressed successfully and in a timely manner. Given the increased importance of electronic systems, good support is critical.
