I reached out to Council and they cant update our scoutbook to the level it needs to be corrected, its really outdated (a few years since achievements were updated there), i need to talk to someone from BSA to get this fixed. how do i get a hold of BSA’s scoutbook support?
@JeffreySiegel what old advancement are you trying to deal with?
There’s no direct volunteer contact for BSA technical support anymore (for several years now). Either it’s something the SUAC volunteers (like Donovan) on the forums here can help with, something council can help with, or council needs to submit a MemberCare ticket to national on your behalf.
