Hello,
On my scoutbook, my son Ben’s birthday was entered incorrectly. It currently states his birthday is 7/7/2019, when it should be 7/7/2016. This is causing him to show up as a lion scout instead of a bear scout.
Can you help fix his birthday, I can’t edit it.

@RichardKeane - your local council registrar can fix that.
You’ll need to ask your council to update his birthdate and his registration type. Be sure to include his current grade.
Your pack leaders can change his den assignment.
