Swapping Positions in my.scouting

Hi,

I’ve been trying unsuccessfully for several months to switch our committee chair for Pack 56 Daniel Webster Council in NH. When I go into my.scouting.org position manager, I am unable to “move” people around. The cursor changes to a :no_entry_sign: (no) symbol whenever I mouse over the 4 way arrow . Currently I am the committee chair (Brendon Hoch) and I am trying to change it to Jeremiah Duncan. Please Advise

You have to either be the chartered org rep or COR delegate to use that.
