I’m having issues with the SYT Refresher Training. I did complete the full SYT course last year and it expires on 8/02/2026. The Refresher video plays, but the quiz doesn’t pop-up at the end of the video and there is no button or link to click to launch it. I’ve watched the video on multiple devices to see if it was an issue on a tablet vs a PC. Any advice?
@MeganDover I do not recall (been a few months) are you sure the is not a button (even hidden) at bottom of page to push? I recall something like that in one of the SYT things
@MeganDover What device and browser are you using? Another thing to check is that your browser is up to date.
My first few tries were on a Samsung tablet in Chrome. On the PC I’ve tried on Chrome and Edge. I have cleared cache and cookies. I just checked for updates on the PC and played the video again… no luck.
Not that I’m seeing, or that I can find with my mouse. Browser is up to date.
I took the refresher course about an hour ago, and it worked for me on a laptop using Chrome.
Did you click on the right arrow button to get it started?
I’m having the same problem. How were you able to get it resolved?
I have heard there is an issue if you are using Full Screen mode. If using full screen mode, close and see if you can now see the button.

I did not use full screen mode when I played the video. It did not advance to the test and when I pressed the forward arrow it only replayed the video from the beginning.

I found the fix for me. Next to the close capture button there are two arrows. The left arrow restarts the video for me. Once the video is finished, I had to push the right arrow to move to the second seven-minute video. Once that video was complete, push the right arrow again to get to the quiz. I hope this works for you too!
