I completed watching the entire SYT course last week (5/25, I think) but didn’t do the exam at that time.
When I logged back in on 5/29, to do the exam, It did not go back to that point in SYT and only offered the refresher course. So I watched the 20 minutes and I passed the exam.
scouting.org is sending emails that I need to take the SYT and when I logged in, there was no record of it. My council registrar says there is no record of SYT but SYT Refresher is posted.
I need someone to post my SYT completion,
@CandiNelson - you need to take the full course and pass the test with is the final part NOT the refresher

You are probably going to have to do the 90 minute course again complete through the test. The restart option doesn’t seem to have worked for many. Otherwise, contact your Training Chair or Commissioner, or registration team to see if they have any way to help reset you.
There were changes made to both SYT trainings today it seems to improve function and not allow for the mistake of someone who had not done the full course taking the refresher.
Unlike the previous few days when I went to the course and it wanted to go to the refresher, I just tried it again per the above “start over” and it went to the resume prompt, and I was able to take and pass the exam.
Probably the fixes mentioned above had something to do with it.
