SYT Refressher "freezing" during quiz

Good afternoon. I am having problems with the SYT refresher course quiz. I have attempted to complete the course twice. Both times my progress was stopped during the quiz. The display “freezes” at some point (after 1 question the first time, after several questions the second time). Once it freezes, I see a ‘color-muted’ screen with a repeating cycle of three white circles appearing from left to right in the center of the screen. If I select “return to safeguarding youth refresher”, I am returned to my dashboard with no record of my progress on the refresher course (I completed the barriers to abuse and SAFE modules and started the quiz). Any advice, guidance, or help will be much appreciated.

@TimDawson no one here can help you - talk to council registrar - they can turn in a national membercare ticket.

Re: my previous post, I saw in another post that the following details are requested from anyone experiencing problems with online training:

1) Hardware: MacBook Air
2) MAC OS Sequoia 15.7.3
3) Firefox
4) (I do not understand what info is being requested by #4 or how to provide the information example was: "Cache cleared; also private")

@TimDawson it also looks like you have never taken the full new course - you have to take it first - your last was the Old YPT
