Running the SYT Report from Organization Dashboard or Training Manager omits leaders who are multiples from another unit. This is not leaders whose SYT is expired, just leaders whose primary registration is in a different unit. Leaders affected are multipled from at least two different units. (Observe in screenshot: 38 adults registered, but only 29 leaders SYT status is reflected.)
This inhibits our ability to see easily see SYT status of many of our leaders.
