SYT taken and passed but not showing up as taken or passed

@VernonSmith1 Did he just take the training today? Users sometimes need to wait up to 24 hours for the certificate to be available. Usually it’s available in about an hour, though.

If it’s not there after 24 hours, then I would recommend sending in a help ticket.

Within the last (2) hours.

@VernonSmith1 I see nothing for that MID - if this is a Dr. Dan?

@VernonSmith1 It looks like the user should be able to take the 20 minute refresher course

Yes, it is for Dr. Dan

If he had taken and finished the refresher it would show - even if the Certificate was not there yet.

We have three adults reporting the same thing today. Two of them took the course twice, passed the test, but stuck at 99%

They also cleared cache and tried different browsers.

It seems to be a report to council situation - so they can turn in a National Membercare ticket on it

Member ID137328692

has active SYT (90 min course) completion. Completed refresher and passed quiz, but refresher stuck at 99% and not recording complete.

@EricPepin - as noted in the post prior to your, your council will need to submit a member care ticket on the issue as there is nobody from the my.scouting team on the forums.

Having the same issue myself. Will try to get the council to open a ticket, but figured it would not hurt for it to be documented here that this is a more widespread issue. Also, clicking “Resume” restarts the training.

Update: user id# 107659683 24hrs ago took the short version syt. The screen told him that was complete. He tried to print cert, but was not able. He closed out and went back, only to see that his progress now shows 99%. He clicks on the resume link, only to be pointed to start all over with the short version. Please Advise

@VernonSmith1 as stated before - talk to council so they can turn in a national membercare ticket - that is only answer

xxxxxxxxxxxxx Got It !
