Greetings. I completed the SYT 20-minute refresher training on May 27th, ahead of my May 31st deadline. I received confirmation following the test questions that I had successfully completed the training (screen capture available). However my acct later showed the training expired after the May 31st deadline. I was told by my Council registrar that I must now take an additional training to stay in compliance. I am more than a little frustrated that the site is not recognizing the training I was told to take and completed in a timely manner.

@DavidKlebanow - you most likely never took the full syt course
You took the 20 minute refresher course. You need to take the full 90 minute SYT course because you had not previously completed it.
