Scoutbook Plus is not accepting my upload from Troopmaster. My unit is trying to switch over permanently but we can’t upload the final file.
@JustinCrisafulli what Upload File? Last I heard, other than advancements TXT file for advancements.scouting.org - Troopmaster had turned off all other file exports.
I used the Troopmaster export for there, but nothing seems to upload after I submit through the import button. The activity status that used to show past uploads and pending uploads is no longer there.
Same for me. TroopWebHost advancement file.

Hopefully they figure it out. Any units using third party apps won’t be able to import anything into Scoutbook / Scoutbook Plus / Internet Advancement / whatever it’s called.

Same for me. TroopWebHost advancement file.
All the files were processed and the files from other users I checked all the data was up to date for scouts. In advancements.scouting.org you can click an individual Scout name to dig into their advancement and check to see if it was updated.
Been a while sense messing with this process - did it used to send an email confirming processing of the upload?
So there was never an email notification that an upload was complete and successful (though, that would be great!), but there used to be a place to see the status of the upload that also allowed you to download the error log (e.g., when merit badges didn’t match or a BSA ID didn’t match).

If you see a specific instance of something not updated in an Upload file - PLEASE tell me and I can start a direct message to investigate it and turn it in if needed

The submission is not updating any records or returning any status report at this point in time. I had to get advancements for a COH for next Monday, but went about it another way (manually entering into ScoutBook - what an aweful process!!).
It seems that it just takes a few days. The uploads aren’t actually processed hourly. It would be nice to have the upload status visible again.
I am running a test on the Test server today to remind myself of the full process

@DonovanMcNeil This is why I’m here too, from troopwebhost advancement txt file Scoutbook doesn’t want to accept it, it says it was successful but doesn’t appear in pending or elsewhere. Please DM me to resolve since COH is on Sunday. Thank you
@RyanMurphy if 24 hours after upload - if you do not see the items in SB or SB+ for the Scouts I can start a Direct Message to get file and see if it is there

I uploaded files on Tuesday and then re-uploaded them on Wednesday. I’ve not seen anything back. I finally manually entered the items into SB so items could be purchased.
@DonovanMcNeil: We have the same issue. We’ve uploaded the file multiple times from TroopWebHost and have been using this process for more than a year. The core functionality changed and doesn’t align with the help guide.
We’re able to upload the file from “Roster” / “Import File”. It shows the pending file with “Run Report 1” and “Advancement Report 1”
Per this help guide, Upload File & Print Report for Scout Shop in Scoutbook Plus - Scoutbook Knowledge Base,
we should see an ‘Activity’ tab next to the ‘Roster’ which we don’t have. When I click on “Advancement Report 1”, it gives the message “Please approve at least one advancement report before running the advancement report”. There’s no where to select the report to run it.
The council office wasn’t able to provide a solution and we also have a COH in three days. We had to manually post the advancements in SB in order to generate a PO.

I have not done one in a few weeks but last one I did I noticed the UI changed and I was not able to see the pending upload like it used to show. Selecting the search fields was useless. However my uploads were processed and the advancements were recorded.
