I have been trying to import the advancement file extract from TroopTrack to report in ScoutbookPlus to I can order awards for our troop. I’ve done this in the past where I would import the extract and load it and the file would be pending for a while. However today after I import the file it is not showing anything in the ScoutbookPlus system. I am the advancement chair for the troop and for whatever reason it doesn’t seem to be working today. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
Yes there has been some change that is being looked at - go to scoutbook.scouting.org > Unit > Reports > Needs Purchasing and see if you see what you need there
What I need are not on there. I can’t see what I want to push up to the system.
Look for OPEN Purchase orders - maybe closed on day you uploaded - cannot recall how the system handles those
I found that and they are not listed.
