Tiger Rank seems messed up

I’m getting the same error message whenever I log in to SB.

Additionally, I couldn’t start a new thread but have a Tiger who completed all requirements but is still showing at 75% complete. It looks like all achievements are completed under the 2024 version but obviously something is going on. Can someone assist?

@SusanDuenas the Scout LOOKS done with tiger, but something does not right??? If you have a moment I can setup a screenshare to take a look

@SusanDuenas IT sees an issue and has a story for repair - and I see somethings - just wondering if there is a way around it.
