My “To Purchase” tab is missing in scoutbook. The Cubmaster can however see it. I can still get to the “To Purchase” tab from the notifications section. I can still create a PO once in the tab. I just cannot get to that tab from the normal advancements view and it isn’t showing the PO number next to the award on the other tabs either.
@AdamLeggett first guess looking at your account - you do not have PO Permissions - so you cannot make a PO, that might be what is hiding the To Purchase. Key3 can extend that permission if they wish to you
A major focus of the migration to Scoutbook Plus is to have positions mirror the positions shown in My.Scouting to ensure positions were reflected accurately in both platforms. The main purpose it to honor the guidance of our charter organizations and the positions they approve. Therefore, Scoutbook Plus does not use Legacy Scoutbook positions. Registered positions are used to provide base permissions. Some additional permissions can be added by the unit, however, there are restrictions on what can be given. See the updated Scoutbook_Permissions.pdf and the Scoutbook Plus permissions video for more details.
I have talked with the Cubmaster and Committee Chair. Both say they have updated and approved everything for me to see that tab again. I could see it prior to about 2 or 3 weeks ago. Is there some other access they need to change?
@AdamLeggett - I would gather that this is needed for PO work
I trust that they gave you that permission ?
@AdamLeggett unless they did it this morning - there is no new position/Permission added for you
Talking to Committee chair now. Now I finally see it.
It takes up to 24 hours for positions to take effect
I have the same issue with the PO tab. I have been the Advancement chair for the past couple of months and these issues started happening in March. Please help.
Scourtmaster checked and mentioned that on her side I am still shown as advancement chair and nothing has changed. I cannot create new POs now.
@ManjuRaj UAC does not have access to POs by default. That permission would have to be extended to you. Your Key 3 should review these links.

That worked! Thank you
