So, just noticed that the “Transfer” option in Roster is now gone?

Now, I do see Transfer In on the left nav Now
But does this mean I am no longer able to transfer a scout OUT? No more “Transfer initiate by the unit they are leaving”?
This is a question you need to address to your Council. I have not seen any announcements regarding this feature being removed.
My council registrar knows nothing about this moreover that wouldn’t explain why there’s this new transfer in feature from out of nowhere and nothing in the change logs.
Your Council can open a ticket with BSA Member Care to get your questions answered.
