Hi all,
We have a transfer scout (BSA ID: 137144445) who recently joined our troop.
Several of his advancements (ranks and merit badge) were approved but not marked as awarded by his previous troop. These now appear on our “To Award” list in Scoutbook.
When we try to mark them as “Awarded”, we receive the following error message:
“Purchase order doesn’t belong to the organization.”
It seems like these advancements are still linked to the previous troop’s purchase order, and Scoutbook won’t allow us to close them out under our troop.
What’s the correct way to handle this so we can properly mark these items as awarded under our troop?
