Getting an error trying to mark as "awarded" old scout advancements

Hello, I just took over advancement in our troop, previous people didn’t seem to have marked as “awarded” all awards in Scoutbook Plus.

I could bulk process older awards except for two, where I am getting an error:

Both of them were marked as completed 12/15/2021 and approved 1/13/2022 (which seems fine).

The thing is, I cannot edit any field related to this request so I am not sure how to proceed.

The two problematic records are Tenderfoot advancements from 2021 (both scouts are well past that at this point, which could be the reason for the error?).

I found what seems to be the same problem in dateEarned of previous rank should be earlier than dateEarned in the request – but that thread is closed.

@DonovanMcNeil it looks like you were the one helping people with this issue about a month ago. Let me know if you’re not the right person.

The two scouts that I have that are stuck are 137352059 and 137352039 .

@NicolasBarry what is stuck for those scouts?

@NicolasBarry I think it is cause Scout and TF have the same Complete date - change the TF complete date one day forward should resolve. I have turned this issue in
