Unable to mark adventures and rank advancement as "awarded"

Using Safari and Chrome (both regular and private/incognito modes) on a Mac.

Our AOLs crossed over last night. I am trying to mark the AOL and adventures as “awarded” but am unable to do so. When I try, I receive the following “ERROR: Purchase order does not belong to this organization.” I have no idea what this means as the Pack does not have any open POs through Scoutbook or Scoutbook Plus. I have logged out, restarted, cleared cache, everything and I am still getting this error. Anybody else run across this issue?

Are you using the Needs Approval report in Legacy Scoutbook? Some of these functions are not yet available in Scoutbook Plus.

No. I am going into each scout’s individual Scoutbook+ account and trying to check the “Mark as Awarded” tick box. It worked previously, but now I get the PO error, which really doesn’t make sense as I am just trying to confirm the award was presented, not create or add it to an existing PO.

i would appreciate this. However, right now I am getting the error from advancements.scouting.org that “The service is not available” and “MFA not accepted” even though no reCaptcha is provided.

There are backend system issues again this morning. Scouting America IT is working to resolve the issue.

A Dev looked at this last night and think they know the issue (on cannot award) - but that is all I heard

Seem to be having the same issue, it appears limited to adventures, I can award ranks.

Is there any additional traction on this item, wondering if this will be fixed shortly or if it’s going to be a long term item.

I am still experiencing this issue with respect to marking individual adventures AND ranks as awarded. It continues to give the error “Purchase order does not belong to the organization.”

I have no idea what purchase order this is referring to.

It seems to be an annoying issue between Legacy and SB+ - so until all is migrated to SB+ this will remain - the Legacy Needs Awarding will get past this when needed
