I have a Tiger that transferred into my pack in August. I have full control and can mark his advancements completed and approved, but 1) his awards earned do not show up in the “Needs Purchasing List” and 2) I can’t mark them awarded, its not even an option to be able to choose

You probably need to go to membership for the Scout and put an end date on the old pack if it is a full transfer
